If a core companies really wanna hire people , they will not ask the following criteria

• Experience up to 3–5years
• Learn softwares and stuff
• No of interships during your academic years.

Because I was initially placed at a core mechanical company without these.

Basic think they will look for in you (Resume)

• The way you speak. Confident and bold.
• Willingness to work Inspite of low salary for few years
• Your innovations of projects done. I mean this is the major thing in your resume which will surely attract them. Because the project would showcase your talent and thinking capacity
• You should be affirmative of your future path , as you will be asked this question for sure.(like where do you see yourself in next 5–7years)
• Learn basic core subject things.

They will surely recruit you , if you have all of them .

Tips for the interview

1. Dress like you own the company , not like you are there begging for job
2. Hairs short. Shows that you are disciplined enough for the company .
3. Be stress free. Don't tense up before interviews.
4. Good pair of shoes
5. Learn to accept . Don't try to showcase the thing you aren't in real life. Be yourself.
